There was a little problem but now it's fixed and I'm back


Okay so in last post I talked about how I was advanced in multiplayer. Well, right after that, a lot of things happened in my life. I got a new job, contested in a 48 hours game jam with two of my friends who are new to programming, got sick (I am just starting to recover), found out that my multiplayer only works on LAN and right after that one of my passive income stream crashed. all this didn't stop me and I found some time in between and did a lot of research to finaly find out about WAN, port forwarding, public ip adress, local ip adress and etc... I fixed most of the problems but I still need a new system to calculate ping since I don't know how but the current system only works on LAN and I also need to automate port forwarding since it is a pain to be manually done by the player.

Fixing of these will not be translatable in any devlog since it cannot really be visualised in pictures but be aware that I am working on finishing this and I will not give up. Once all this is completed, I should be able to continue working on the core concepts of the game and finish a short playable prototype showing real gameplay and complete multiplayer.

I will post something once the multiplayer is fixed and I start working on the gameplay. Until then, take care of yourselves andwish me good luck !
